Greg Ferrante
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Save the Children US, Greg Ferrante is responsible for financial planning and analysis, internal and external financial reporting, treasury, tax, investments, strategic sourcing, grant & contract policy and compliance and financial operations.
Prior to joining Save the Children, Greg was a program chief financial officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. In this role, he advised the president of Global Policy & Advocacy, the president of U.S. Programs and the CFO on key financial, strategic and business issues. He also led their annual planning process and development of multi-year financial and operational strategic plans. Greg also developed and managed a $1.6 billion innovative finance portfolio. Prior to joining the foundation, he worked at the U.S. Government Accountability Office and at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of South Carolina, a Masters of Public Policy from Duke University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He is based in Fairfield, Connecticut.
