Our Impact with TOMS

TOMS is a purpose led company committed to using business to improve lives. While widely known for its pioneering One for One™ model, TOMS has continued to evolve its impact approach—supporting children’s education, health, and well-being through a combination of product donations, philanthropic investments, and long-term nonprofit partnerships.

Save the Children works alongside TOMS to ensure donated footwear and other resources are thoughtfully integrated into education and community-based programs, helping children stay safe, attend school, and thrive as part of holistic development initiatives.

Since the start of our partnership, TOMS has provided Save the Children with more than 1.3 million pairs of shoes and winter boots for children in communities across the United States and around the world.

Employee Engagement

TOMS employees engage with Save the Children through Giving Trip experiences and event participation. Through visits to the field, TOMS employees learn about Save the Children’s work and to see how TOMS shoes are integrated into our larger development programs. Employees actively join in shoe distributions and gain a broader understanding of community development.

Awareness Building

Raising awareness is a critical part of creating change. TOMS helps amplify Save the Children’s mission by reaching new audiences through digital campaigns and cross-promotional efforts that spotlight the issues facing children globally.
